And here is where the very long and painful story begins
August 13 2008. 18261 km
Air condition not working, Front Brakes done already, all music lost on mp3, door lock don’t always work on fob and sometimes on pad, vehicle having troubles starting.
Sept 15 2008 21449 km
Signal lights don’t work, Cd (music, mp3, radio not working), power locks not working, window do not go up or down, tire pressure to all tires is horrible and tires need to be filled constantly. Installed Car starter at Eastside for $500.00. This is what was written on the invoice …. But imagine. I had a rental car for 8 days and this is what was going on prior to going to shop. I got in my van and it started, tried to turn on heat and there was none, tried to turn on music and there was none, the signal lights did not work, the windows did not unroll, besides being able to drive it I had NO power on anything else. Try driving to work in rush hour with no signal lights and cannot even open your window to hand signal.

Air conditioning now working, Door locks don’t work on and off, music not working, had them remove tire sensors as tires still flat almost every cold day. Front brake pads done.

Van stalled while driving 100 km an hour on highway a few days prior to bring in. Door locks not working on and off. Van stalled here and there at startup for a few days prior to bring in. Was TOWED in as Key would not turn ignition the day it was towed.

Door locks not working, heater issues, van won’t start if left for more than a day or two. Remote starter works only half the time.

Battery replaced with only 82933 km’s. Plugs and wire all replaced. Locks still not working, remote starter having issues, engine hard to start and runs rough.

Door locks still, stalling more…
At this point I was leaving on holidays for THREE weeks. I told the service team I DID NOT want this vehicle back until it was fixed. Did not require a rental as I WAS GONE!! I was very clear I wanted a van that the locks worked and the thing DID not Stall. Music, heat and air are a nice feature too. When I returned back Sept 8th, I found out that it was picked up at the dealer Aug 29, as they phone and told James it was fixed. After getting home I find out that it was stalling again on startup and very often.
It was brought back into the shop
SEPT 8 2011. Do not have km as driver who brought me van to CHEADLE did not provide paper work.
Locks, and stalling… battery low again … and guess what???? returned van was in shop for 6 days … returned back to me Sept 15 th. Had rental van. And on

Stalled more… did not try locks etc as only had driven a few km when this happened again. This was first day driven since got back sept 15th.
Locks, tire pressure, remote starter, music, stalling has been and go going problem and not brought in every time there were issues as I am a very busy business owner who has better things to do than take her vehicle over and over to never get anything fixed.
Other repairs done: like brakes, tires, oil etc at other shops that can fix a vehicle the first time.
I have never hear of someone buying a new vehicle and having the same issues occur again and again. This vehicle has caused me more stress than you could ever know. It is driven as a backup vehicle for the last 2 years as it is not reliable to go long distances. And for a van that was new and really not that old I cannot stay how disappointed I am with both Chrysler Canada and even more so with East Side Dodge. Eastside has done NOTHING to compensate me for me lost time. It has cost me extra cell phone cost, gas costs, mileage and more importantly my time costs.
