Host Bar - Guests drink for free, host is charged based on total consumption
Toonie Bar - Guests pay a toonie a drink, host is charged based on total consumption minus amount paid by guests
Cash Bar - Guests pay the full drink prices, no charge to host
$25/bartender per hour – 4 hour minimum plus setup time and clean up time
$25/server per hour – 4 hour minimum
